Akıl Payı Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the Akıl Payı mobile app (iOS and Android). In short: we do not collect any personal data, we do not send anything to our servers, and we do not share data with third parties.

2. Data we do not collect

Akıl Payı requires no account and works offline. The app contains no networking code, analytics tools, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or trackers. Therefore we do not collect:

  • Your name, email, phone number, or any account information
  • Location data
  • Advertising identifiers or device identifiers
  • Usage statistics, analytics, or crash data
  • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data

3. Data stored on your device

To work properly, the app stores the following only on your phone, in the app's own storage:

  • Your game progress, puzzles in progress, solve history, best times, and streaks
  • Your settings (mistake limit, theme, haptics, reminder time, etc.)
  • This data never reaches us. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. If you use device backups (such as iCloud or Google backup), your operating system may back up this file under its own backup rules; this is outside our control.

4. Notifications

The daily reminder notification is optional. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device only; no server or push notification service is used. The permission is requested at a suitable moment, and you can revoke it at any time in your phone's settings. Your device's time zone is used only on the device so the reminder fires at the right time.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to anyone. If you use the share feature, the plain text (for example a result summary) is passed only to the app or person you choose, through an action you initiate.

6. Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children, and it collects no data from any user. The app contains no violence, gambling, or in-app purchases.

7. Your rights (GDPR and Turkish KVKK)

Because we do not process your personal data, we hold no data that could be subject to access, rectification, or deletion requests. You can permanently remove the data on your device by uninstalling the app. If you have questions about your rights under the GDPR or Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK), contact us at the address above.

8. Future changes

This policy applies to version 1.0 of the app. If a later version adds features that process data, such as advertising or purchases (for example, sharing an advertising identifier with an ad provider), we will update this policy before that version is released, clearly describe the change, and adjust our store privacy disclosures accordingly. The latest version of the policy is always available on this page; the date at the top shows the most recent change.
